This
photograph was taken near a large Mediterranean seaside town. Whenever the mistral
( a strong, dry north-west wind) blows, it is easy to see the trial of dirty
water marking the outlets of sewrs into the sea. From the cliffs above, it is
even possible to re cognized a disagreeable smell rising from the sea.
